Don’t stand behind their products
Horrible products, you can buy a pen and 6 months later it break down and you can't even put the cap on. Yes they are professional, yes they are polite, but to stand behind a $550 pen and the materials are breaking down after 6 months of occasional use from pulling it out of the China cabinet?
And not consider it defective? Tough lesson learned to not waste money thinking I was buying a pen to last years, a uni-ball doesn't have its cap break for only $2. Buyer beware, yes your getting a nice looking product but poor quality and craftsmanship only lasts 6 months, they do not stand behind their products. The products they produce are no longer what they once were.
I have a Meister struck pen from the 90s and it's perfectly fine, the quality control is no longer there now a days. If you want a new cap that failed they charge $100 and you have to pay to ship it to them and then pay to return ship it shipping ends up being like $50 for ground both ways

Verified Reviewer |This is a complaint on the sub-standard quality of product, response to service request and how Montblanc network fleecing the customer to repair their sub-standard handle of overnighter cabin bag.
I have been a Montblanc customer (pens, belt, watch, purse, cardholders, trolley bag, office bags etc.) over the last two decades. I bought a trolley bag from Montblanc out let in Mumbai International Airport, viz.
"Montblanc and Master of Time" on 23rd June 2017 for US$ 688 vide Transaction No: FAS008FL0800****.
I was using the trolley bag sparingly for a couple of times in a year and a few months back the leather handle, which was rarely used, came off. I approached the Montblanc official out let in the Palladium mall, in Mumbai, for repair/replacement of the handle.
To replace the handle of a bag which was costing $688, they sent me a quote of US$ 462. Please find attached pictures of the broken leather handle, supporting documents such as purchase bill, picture of the damaged bag, the mail reply from Montblanc with quote for repair.
I met the Manager of the MONTBLANC outlet in Palladium Mumbai, Mr, Teja and requested to reconsider the quote, he expressed his helplessness.
I remember, similar help I sought one month after expiry of warranty, from Samsonite/ Tumi Outlet in Mumbai for a 10-year-old luggage bag which I had bought from US with10 year warranty. Despite one month late in approaching them, they have replaced it with a new bag, since the handle of the old model was not available anymore.

DLF Emporio Mall Vasant Kunj Mont Blanc store.
FC Mr Ashish Yadav Insulted me too much yesterday . They told me In Guarantee card there is no mentioned Mont Blanc Giving 2 Years warranty Of Leather Belt and show me bad attitude and not attending me Properly ignoring me as well .
Im regular Custumer Mont Blanc .
I have purchased a leather belt last month from Delhi airport.
Now ma leather peal off and I went DLF Emporio Montblanc store . Mr Ashish Yadav reply me above mentioned words after heard about ma problem.
I dont think so Mont Blanc Gives like this training to FC for attend the Custumer.
Even Your store Manager not helped me Mrs Aashima and not reply me and not taken any action.

Defected product that authorized seller would not fix
Dear Team,
My daughter bought me a wallet with her first paycheck when she started working even though I asked her not to as it was more than she should pay. Since she did it anyways I decided that it would be the one item I own that I would take special care of.
I did not use the wallet till after 6 months of receiving it and then After 7 months of minimal use the Montblanc Pin fell off. I was lucky I noticed it when it happened or I would have not been able to get another one, I took it to an authorized distributor in Beirut Lebanon (Tamer Company) for repair. They said they would send it to the repair shop but this type of issue is not covered under warrantee. I agreed even though I thought it odd that a manufacturers defect is not covered under warrantee.
The wallet stayed with Tamer Company for 2 months before they called me and informed they could not fix it and suggested I just use Super Glue to re-install it.
I was very disappointed. 2 months without the product and then they ask me to super glue it????? I couldnt believe it. I have been a client of Montblanc since 1991 and have spent thousands of dollars in their stores.
I have 6,000 clients in my work of which 90% are owners of some product from Montblanc. This is unacceptable so I thought I should reach out and see if you could assist me to resolve this issue.
