Horrible products, you can buy a pen and 6 months later it break down and you can't even put the cap on. Yes they are professional, yes they are polite, but to stand behind a $550 pen and the materials are breaking down after 6 months of occasional use from pulling it out of the China cabinet?

And not consider it defective? Tough lesson learned to not waste money thinking I was buying a pen to last years, a uni-ball doesn't have its cap break for only $2. Buyer beware, yes your getting a nice looking product but poor quality and craftsmanship only lasts 6 months, they do not stand behind their products. The products they produce are no longer what they once were.

I have a Meister struck pen from the 90s and it's perfectly fine, the quality control is no longer there now a days. If you want a new cap that failed they charge $100 and you have to pay to ship it to them and then pay to return ship it shipping ends up being like $50 for ground both ways

I have been a Montblanc customer (pens, belt, watch, purse, cardholders, trolley bag, office bags etc.) over the last two decades. I bought a trolley bag from Montblanc out let in Mumbai International Airport, viz.

"Montblanc and Master of Time" on 23rd June 2017 for US$ 688 vide Transaction No: FAS008FL0800****.

I was using the trolley bag sparingly for a couple of times in a year and a few months back the leather handle, which was rarely used, came off. I approached the Montblanc official out let in the Palladium mall, in Mumbai, for repair/replacement of the handle.

To replace the handle of a bag which was costing $688, they sent me a quote of US$ 462. Please find attached pictures of the broken leather handle, supporting documents such as purchase bill, picture of the damaged bag, the mail reply from Montblanc with quote for repair.

I met the Manager of the MONTBLANC outlet in Palladium Mumbai, Mr, Teja and requested to reconsider the quote, he expressed his helplessness.

I remember, similar help I sought one month after expiry of warranty, from Samsonite/ Tumi Outlet in Mumbai for a 10-year-old luggage bag which I had bought from US with10 year warranty. Despite one month late in approaching them, they have replaced it with a new bag, since the handle of the old model was not available anymore.

Got Montblanc as gift. During pandemic let somebody use it. Then cleaned it with rubbing alcohol. Mechanism froze won't turn. Terrible service. Took it back to an outlet would not fix. Something that costs that much should perfotm better.

DLF Emporio Mall Vasant Kunj Mont Blanc store.

FC Mr Ashish Yadav Insulted me too much yesterday . They told me In Guarantee card there is no mentioned Mont Blanc Giving 2 Years warranty Of Leather Belt and show me bad attitude and not attending me Properly ignoring me as well .

Im regular Custumer Mont Blanc .

I have purchased a leather belt last month from Delhi airport.

Now ma leather peal off and I went DLF Emporio Montblanc store . Mr Ashish Yadav reply me above mentioned words after heard about ma problem.

I dont think so Mont Blanc Gives like this training to FC for attend the Custumer.

Even Your store Manager not helped me Mrs Aashima and not reply me and not taken any action.

I had made online purchase through amazon.in and got the duplicate mont blank pen @ 7100 which I bought @ 30000 year ago, which is original. Now the question is, how would we come to know about the original and duplicate product. The logo, box and packing was exactly like original. But since I am using the original one, I easily detected that pen as duplicate. If the duplicate product of this brand becomes easily available on online marketplace like Flipkart and Amazon, I would never buy this brand again

Dear Team,

My daughter bought me a wallet with her first paycheck when she started working even though I asked her not to as it was more than she should pay. Since she did it anyways I decided that it would be the one item I own that I would take special care of.

I did not use the wallet till after 6 months of receiving it and then After 7 months of minimal use the Montblanc Pin fell off. I was lucky I noticed it when it happened or I would have not been able to get another one, I took it to an authorized distributor in Beirut Lebanon (Tamer Company) for repair. They said they would send it to the repair shop but this type of issue is not covered under warrantee. I agreed even though I thought it odd that a manufacturers defect is not covered under warrantee.

The wallet stayed with Tamer Company for 2 months before they called me and informed they could not fix it and suggested I just use Super Glue to re-install it.

I was very disappointed. 2 months without the product and then they ask me to super glue it????? I couldnt believe it. I have been a client of Montblanc since 1991 and have spent thousands of dollars in their stores.

I have 6,000 clients in my work of which 90% are owners of some product from Montblanc. This is unacceptable so I thought I should reach out and see if you could assist me to resolve this issue.

One buys a $500 to $1000 pen and if you ever need parts for any reason, they will not simply sell them to you as they REQUIRE you mail the pen off to their Service Department where you will be charged a $99 dollar "SERVICE CHARGE" and also a $15 dollar shipping and handling charge so that with tax and the like , a $40 new cap for your pen will cost $178 or in other words a BLACKMAIL method of operation is now the norm at Mont Blanc regardless of which store you purchase the item at. Before they closed so many of their retail stores it was much better service. Today I called the Mont Blanc Concierge desk to be told "Thats IT" you need parts? You need to follow the above procedure as ONLY OPTION to secure parts. Also be aware they have a NO RETURN POLICY, not even with receipt the very next day????

On 3 March 2020 I mailed my Montblanc 75th Anniversary Fountain Pen to the MB Service Center in Fort Worth TX for repair. According to the USPO it was received. This is not the first MB pen that I have sent in for repair - others were repaired. Since that date I have heard nothing from Montblanc. I have sent e-mails, phone calls (not answered) and left phone messages. What is the status of Montblanc Service Centers?

Dear Mont blanc team, Very surprised with your approach and responses. It seems Ms Sana took the order and she is not even willing to come on line to talk . Just spoke to Ms Ritika and according to her the watch is not available and cannot be delivered . She has committed to resolve the issue and revert. Hope she does as only time I was chased was for money the day of placing order. I am tired of calling you on phone and dummy responses to my emails Order placed on 18th April with commitment to deliver before 30th April After lot of followups finally order delivered on 15th May 2020 Watch and wallet are different then what I ordered and belt of course not received On whats app your executive says yes we know belt is not delivered but no communication with the order or before the order Yesterday I got a picture of the watch with MRP sent on whats app by your executive . The MRP of the watch you delivered to me is Rs 302999 while the MRP of the watch I ordered was Rs 405549 This is clear case of Fraud of taking order of expensive watch and delivering the low cost watch /different model silently assuming customer will not be able to see the difference . And then not refunding the money I am again requesting for a refund for your blunder and if I will have no option but to forward this fraud to the Police now in view of continuous torture by your company for no fault of mine. Will wait for positive response for few days before taking the next course of action Very very sad to see this happening my Mont Blanc. Never ever imagined. Fraud

On September 4th, 2019, I sent via USPS to your P.O.Box in Texas, my Montblanc Summit watch in order to check it as it was not charging properly. After several calls to your call center still, I don't have my problem solved. On my last call on September 26th, your agent explained to me that there was a kind of conflict between the seller (the duty-free at the Miami International Airport) and a distributor, situation, to tell the truth, I didn't understand very well. The fact is that after almost one month of my watch in your hands I don't know if it's going to be fixed or be changed, as on all my calls they have said the solution would be.
